Airport transfers from Rabaul airport to vessel on departure date, and from vessel to Kavieng airport on disembarkation day. For guests staying at Rabaul Hotels before the trip, please make your way to Kokopo Beach Bungalows to meet the crew for a 4:00pm boarding via the vessel tender. For guests staying at Kavieng Hotels/Resorts after the trip, please check with crew on making arrangements to get to your accommodation.

Crew Gratuities
Equipment Rental – Limited dive equipment and sizes are kept on board for hire. Please check on availability prior to arrival. For itineraries out of and returning to Walindi Resort, gear hire may be able to be arranged from the Resort with advance notice.
10% GST applies to all purchases made within Papua New Guinea.

Itinerary

Day 1: Embarkation from 4:00pm, Vessel departs from Rabaul Harbour at approx 6:00pm (Meeting point for guests is Kokopo Beach Bungalows) Days 2-10: 3 to 5 dives per day, typically scheduled as follows * Note: For this itinerary there is more steaming than usual, which will result in a couple of days being shortened to 3 dives only. - Light Breakfast, briefing, Dive 1 - Full Breakfast, relax/interval, briefing, Dive 2 - Morning Tea, relax/interval, briefing, Dive 3 - Lunch, relax/interval, briefing, Dive 4 - Afternoon snack, briefing, evening Dive 5 (where possible on evenings where boat is not steaming) - Dinner Day 11: 2 morning dives only, lunch, vessel steams to port in Kavieng Day 12: Disembarkation up until 9:00am (to suit outward flights where applicable) East Coast Islands of New Ireland Itinerary includes diving around the Islands along the Eastern coastline of New Ireland from Cape St. George up to Kavieng (including Feni Islands,Lihir Island and Tabar group of Islands) **Note - includes exploratory diving. Dive sites visited are at the discretion of the Captain and are weather dependent.
