This 11-day liveaboard journey from Sorong to Kaimana connects southern Raja Ampat with the remote reefs of Triton Bay, offering up to 29 dives across some of eastern Indonesia’s most diverse dive regions. The itinerary balances iconic sites with lesser-visited areas, combining rich marine life, healthy reefs and a real sense of exploration. The first part of the trip focuses on Misool, diving areas such as Daram, Boo, Yellit, Fiabacet and Wayilbatan. Expect dramatic limestone formations, soft corals, gorgonians and dense fish schools, with regular encounters with mantas, reef sharks and turtles across colourful ridges and seamounts. After leaving Raja Ampat, the route heads south to remote regions like Pulau Pisang and Momon. These rarely dived reefs are known for excellent coral health, clear water and a mix of macro and wide-angle diving, shaped by their isolation. The journey ends in Triton Bay, famous for its soft coral gardens, intense fish life and whale shark encounters at traditional fishing platforms. A visit to the ancient Namatote rock art adds a cultural highlight before disembarkation in Kaimana.

We meet you at the airport or your hotel and transfer to the harbour. Once onboard, you settle into your cabin, set up your dive gear and join the welcome briefing. After everyone arrives, we start the long crossing through Sele Strait towards Misool. The rest of the day is for relaxing, unpacking cameras and getting familiar with the boat and crew. No dives on first day

Today we visit the remote Daram islands. These reefs are packed with soft corals, fans and dense fish life. Expect drifting along colourful walls with fusiliers, napoleons and blacktip reef sharks. Example dive sites: Andiamo, Warna Berwarna, Candy Store.

A full day on Misool’s signature reefs. From Boo Windows to Yellit and Magic Mountain, these sites combine manta cleaning stations, ridges loaded with fish and long coral gardens with turtles and reef sharks. A night dive is planned. Example dive sites: Magic Mountain, Boo Window, Eagle’s Nest, Yellit Kecil,

Today we explore the Fiabacet chain, a stunning series of pinnacles connected by shallow ridges packed with soft corals. These sites often deliver busy fish action—trevallies, surgeonfish, turtles and swarms of anthias blanketing the slopes. The white sand sections attract wobbegongs and the deeper edges are home to dense gorgonian forests. Example dive sites: Tank Rock, Nudi Rock, Whale Rock.

We continue exploring southern Misool, diving the colourful ridges and seamounts of Fiabacet and the Wayil area. Expect big soft corals, healthy fans, pygmy seahorses and excellent visibility. Example dive sites: Four Kings, Wedding Cake, Barracuda Rock, Dunia Kecil.

Seventy miles south of Misool sits the remote Pisang archipelago, a cluster of small islands surrounded by incredibly healthy reefs. Expect clear water, strong coral growth and plenty of reef life thanks to its isolation. Example dive sites: The Pinnacle, Pisang Wall, T-bone reef.

After another night crossing from Pulau Pisang, we reach the islands around Momon. This area offers a mix of hard and soft corals, consistent fish life and opportunities to spot both macro and pelagic species. Example dive sites: Karang Paradise, Momon Kecil.

Triton Bay is known for soft coral gardens, dense fish schools and colourful underwater scenery. Little Komodo offers both wide-angle scenes and macro finds, while Bo’s Rainbow is famous for orange soft corals and active reef life. Example dive sites: Little Komodo South, Little Komodo North, Bo’s Rainbow, Triton Slope

Another day exploring classic Triton Bay sites. 3 Rocks is a favourite for fish action and coral density, while Aiduma offers sloping reefs covered in soft corals and home to wobbegongs and macro life. Example dive sites 3 Rocks, Little Komodo North, Pulau Aiduma Slope

Morning dives take place at the local bagans, traditional fishing platforms where whale sharks may appear as they feed under the nets. In the afternoon, guests visit the ancient Namatote rock art, a cultural landmark scattered along the limestone walls. Example dive sites: Bagan fishing platforms

After breakfast, it’s time to say goodbye to the beautiful Wellenreng and her crew. We’ll arrange your transfer to the airport or your hotel in Kaimana.
